Colorado Native married to a Colorado Native. Marla loves what she does and it shows. Her father was a first generation American with family roots from Italy. The love of working in the dirt appears to come naturally since the family history is in farming, dairy and carpentry on her father s side of the family. Mom has French and Irish family background and comes from a large family. The love of cooking and desire to serve comes from both sides of the family as well as the art for negotiation. A flight attendant for a commercial airline, a small business owner, and now a Realtor gives the background for the passion Marla brings to her business. A strong desire to bring professionalism and knowledge to the clients she serves is definitely her niche. Clients describe her as patient, thorough, detailed, caring, tenacious, strong, and relating to the needs of her clients as some of her strengths. Whether it is a first time homebuyer or a seasoned buyer or seller, Marla knows how to get the process done. Devoted to family, was married to Dan for over 34 years and has one son, Tanner. The love of the Rocky Mountains keeps them all grounded in Colorado. Dan, a retired commercial airline pilot, was with the original Vail Ski Patrol and has a ski run named after him, Cady s Café. Skiing has been a family venture for all three of them for many years. Camping, backpacking, and sightseeing all that Colorado has to offer has been a source of family pleasure throughout the years. Dan s folks were most recently last from Salida, Colorado where they owned a small town hardware store for over 40 years and both parents took countless driving/camping trips to savor the Colorado mountains that they loved with any free time they may have had. Tanner, her son, works in Boulder, where he graduated from Colorado University, and resides in Louisville with his wife Annett, and he says the he cannot think of anyplace better. The a miniature dachound, Porche that rules the roost at the Cady household these days. Marla s strong desire to find the right home and to make sure the client s needs are more than just simply met in a purchase or a sale with a win-win process for everyone is how she focuses her business plan.
