ABOUT ME

Steve Matthews moved to Colorado in 1972 and never left, he Graduated from Cherry Creek High School and then from Colorado State University with a degree in Communications. As a second generation Realtor, Steve knows Metro Denver and the surrounding Front Range communities very well and is deeply devoted to his roots. Prior to making real estate his sole focus, Steve honed his acumen in sales and marketing with iconic athletic brand adidas, as their Key Account Manager to the Sports Authority and was responsible for managing and developing over 30 million dollars in annual sales. Ever since launching into Real Estate in 1997, Steve quickly became a high producing Broker and has remained at the top of his profession ever since. In just the past 24 months Steve has sold 70 properties totaling 22 Million in sales, this kind of performance puts Steve in the top 5% of a very crowded and competitive field. In addition to exceptional sales performance, Steve also has a breadth of knowledge and experience with a wide variety of properties. Residential sales do represent the majority of Steve s business, but he also has a high level of expertise in urban in-fill opportunities, rural property with acreage, farmland with water-rights, commercial lots and residential lots. The high level of service, professionalism, focused execution and exceptional results that Steve delivers creates a loyal following with all of his clients. They often ask Steve for help in communities outside of the Metro Denver area and with Steve it is all about the relationship. Over the years those relationships have taken Steve to cities like Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Windsor, Greeley, Fort Morgan, Brush and more.
