ABOUT ME

I sold my first Real Estate client in 1979 as a General Real Estate professional. Became Broker qualified in 1980 and opened an office in Holiday, FL. Relocated to Cary, NC in 1990 and became a Broker-Associate with Prudential Carolinas Realty (Raleigh, NC). In 1991, I became a Trainer for Prudential Carolinas Realty. I left the business in 1995 to pursue a corporate career. After moving around the country in my upwardly mobile life and heavily travelled lifestyle, I left "Corporate America" as a Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2009 to buy a commercial building in a northern suburb of Memphis, TN that housed a heavy volume, branded convenience store and a vacant restaurant. In 2010, I started and operated an Italian - American restaurant alongside the c-store. I sold the convenience store in July, 2013 and the restaurant in January, 2014. I have been a business consultant since January, 2014 specializing in small business development. Seeing a tremendous potential in the rapidly developing real estate market in Northern Colorado, I decided to dust off my real estate cobwebs and integrate my extensive sales and marketing background into helping clients find their next dream purchase. As a Certified Negotiations Expert and as the "Professor Emeritus" of the "business" of representing my clients at Keller Williams Realty Northern Colorado, I am honored to be at your service in finding the best investment and most comfortable fit in your biggest and most important expenditure.
