ABOUT ME

Paul Baldwin grew up in Greeley and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before entering real estate, he spent more than 20 years producing television, including home renovation, real estate, and lifestyle programming for networks such as HGTV, Discovery Channel, Food Network, and Travel Channel. Today, Paul is a licensed Colorado real estate broker with Shepherd Property Solutions and the founder of Where’s Pickles Properties. He believes buying or selling a home should begin with understanding your options, not being pushed toward one particular solution. Whether a property is move-in ready, needs renovation, or presents unique challenges, Paul helps homeowners and investors evaluate the best path forward. This may include listing traditionally, making strategic improvements to maximize value, exploring creative selling options, or navigating the purchase and renovation process. Paul brings the same curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving mindset from his television career to every client and property he works with. His goal is to provide honest, practical guidance so his clients can make informed decisions with confidence. Outside of real estate, Paul enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and spending time in the Colorado mountains with his wife, Barb. They share their home with three cats, including Pickles, the inspiration behind his company name.
