ABOUT ME

I am a 20+ year resident of Las Vegas, serving as a full-time Realtor within the valley -- including Las Vegas, Henderson, Silverado Ranch, Summerlin and surrounding areas. My trademarks are an ability to match sellers and buyers through an in-depth understanding of the Las Vegas Real Estate market, meaningful and regular communication, and a work ethic that rivals anyone in any industry. Prior to Real Estate, my success was in "corporate America" in marketing, hospitality, gaming, and executive-level leadership for a billion+ dollar company. Working with both high-level executives and supporting line-level employees provides me with a broad range of communication abilities across all generations. Having also owned and managed six cafes prior to real estate, I am just as comfortable in a Board room as with washing dishes alongside team members. Add to that my experience owning a hospitality recruiting company -- where I and my team sourced and matched clients with job candidates (much like matching buyers and sellers) -- I developed an innate ability to connect and develop relationships with people "where they are at", and this has probably served me best as a Realtor. I also pride myself on my ability to negotiate and create win-win scenarios with clients and all parties in a transaction. My experience leading up to a career in real estate ensures success for my clients in this dynamic and ever-changing industry. And with the consistent rave reviews from both Buyers and Sellers, my clients seem to think so too. On a personal note, I have been married 30 years (to the same guy :) and have two sons, one daughter-in-law, and two grandbabies that are the joy of my life. My family is my big "WHY" -- particularly being able to travel with them on a regular basis and help show them the world while creating life-long memories. I'm interested in traveling just about anywhere, but my favorite vacation is anywhere beachside! I am active and volunteer at my church, as well as with charities that serve the homeless. In fact, I donate 10% of my income to charities that serve the homeless population (including homeless pets) -- my clients can actually choose which of those charities they'd like the donation to go to!
