Michelle's mission to help her clients build wealth through real estate. Starting with their first home and then helping people move on to building a portfolio of investment properties. Her team works with home buyers and sellers to find their dream home and then build a long term relationship with clients to execute a strategy towards their financial freedom. Michelle works with a wide range of clients from first time home buyers to savvy real estate investors and institutional buyers (REITs.) As a Real Estate Advisor, Michelle s team of brokers are experts in both residential and commercial real estate. She has several years experience selling various assets including condos, houses, luxury property, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, multi-family commercial apartment buildings and urban land for development projects. She is an expert in Denver real estate and the surrounding metro areas. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker and an active real estate investor. She is the co-principal broker of NXT Level Properties (NLPDenver.com) With a deep understanding of real estate marketing, she is an innovator when it comes to selling homes, multi-family properties, and other income-generating properties. From selling properties as low as $40,000 to innovative million dollar luxury marketing campaigns to commercial marketing for apartment buildings, she achieves astonishing results through her strong network, email/text campaigns, video, social media, print ads, digital marketing. She works to connect buyers to sellers directly and has a sphere of investors that are one of the largest broker-owned lists in Colorado.
