Melinda Smith is a Colorado native and grew up in the Columbine area of Littleton. She attended Arapahoe Community College and Colorado State University. She has been involved in buying, selling, investing and managing property in Colorado for over 30 years. Real estate has made an exceedingly positive impact on her life and has become her passion. Because investing and selling real estate can be an emotional, overwhelming experience, Melinda will bring her professional skills and training to help guide her clients through the complete process. She believes in making every transaction an exciting and rewarding experience and is committed to assist each person and family achieve their real estate goals. Melinda lives in Littleton with her husband and two silly cats and enjoys gardening, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing and all of the fun and beauty Colorado has to offer.
