ABOUT ME
Lindsey Gorzalski is a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams DTC, specializing in residential real estate across the southern suburbs of Denver, Colorado, including Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, and Highlands Ranch.
As an Affiliate Faculty member in the Real Estate program at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) and a former senior leader with eight years in public-sector affordable housing, Lindsey brings an unmatched level of industry expertise to her clients. She combines the mind of an educator with a deep commitment to housing advocacy, helping renters successfully transition into homeownership by demystifying the process, navigating down payment assistance (DPA) programs, and utilizing creative financing options.
In addition to guiding first-time homebuyers, Lindsey specializes in helping families navigate sensitive life transitions, such as divorce, downsizing, or blending households, with empathy, discretion, and strategic planning.
As a long-time Littleton resident, parent, and active volunteer, Lindsey is deeply invested in the local community. With two daughters attending Littleton Public Schools (LPS), she is an active PTO member and a passionate advocate for local families. Her firsthand knowledge of LPS schools, neighborhood micro-markets, and community resources makes her an invaluable guide for buyers and sellers across South Denver.
By pairing her background as a real estate educator with the national strength and technology of Keller Williams DTC, Lindsey ensures her clients make smart, empowered decisions at every step.
