Proud to be a native of Colorado, Kipp has a passion for all things Denver. He grew up in Greenwood Village near the Denver Tech Center and just down the street from the famous Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. This has allowed Kipp to offer a unique perspective and local knowledge of up-and-coming neighborhoods, great school districts, shopping, recreation and anything his clients want to know about CO. Because of his local expertise, Kipp is an expert at finding an ideal home in the neighborhood perfectly suited for his client’s unique interests and needs. This knowledge is just as beneficial for sellers; Kipp knows how to market effectively, based not just on specific homes, but locations and communities as well. Kipp has traveled the world and has dual citizenship in New Zealand. His experience with other cultures has only strengthened his love for real estate. The idea of helping others find a place to call home, something that is just as wonderful as they are, is what truly inspires Kipp to grow. He has dedicated his career to focusing on the individual with a deep understanding that everyone is beautifully unique with separate challenges, interests, goals and ideals.
