ABOUT ME
My professional career began in luxury hospitality, where I developed a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships. In 2003, I earned my Colorado real estate license and began helping buyers and sellers navigate the process of achieving their real estate goals. In 2009, I expanded my career into the corporate mortgage servicing industry, joining a national organization where I held leadership roles overseeing loan portfolios. My experience included Asset Management, Property Valuation Oversight, Appraisal Management Company (AMC),, Loss Mitigation, Short Sales, Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosure, REO Asset Disposition, Foreclosure Management, Property Preservation, Vendor Management, and Default Servicing Operations. Working on the servicing and institutional side of the industry gave me a comprehensive understanding of real estate from virtually every perspective—from homeowners and investors to lenders, servicers, and financial institutions. This experience sharpened my analytical and negotiation skills and provided me with a unique understanding of market valuation, distressed properties, investment opportunities, and complex real estate transactions. Today, I bring together more than two decades of residential real estate experience with institutional level knowledge of valuation, asset management, and the many moving parts behind a successful transaction. My goal is to provide my clients with thoughtful guidance, strong negotiation, attention to detail, and a strategic approach backed by real world experience. Beyond my career, I am proud to have built my professional journey while raising four children. Family, relationships, and community are at the heart of who I am.
