ABOUT ME

Joannie is originally from Albuquerque, NM and has been residing in the Denver Metro/Reunion area for over 30 years. She and her husband raised their three children here, who are all three proud to also be homeowners in this great state. She began her career with TIAA-Cref, a financial institution. She later opened a beauty salon and has been a salon owner for over 11 years. Joannie loves assisting others and seeing a smile on their faces. In addition, helping clients fulfill their dream of home ownership has always been a dream of hers. For multiple years, she's gotten to see even more smiles as a Real Estate Agent! Joannie has always had an eye and passion for design and enjoys helping her sellers prepare their home with advice on how to maximize its appeal to the broadest range of buyers. She is patient and kind and will make every effort to ensure her buyers are happy and love the home they want to purchase. She uses her financial and customer service background to connect and advise her clients on one of the largest and most important investments they will ever make! Joannie is now a grandmother to five adorable grandchildren. In her free time, she delights in spending time with them and all of the wonderful activities Colorado has to offer.
