ABOUT ME

My name is Felicia McMahon. I have been in the Real Estate business for a little over 5 years. I started out as a Real Estate Investor, specializing in helping folks "buy time" to stay in their home while facing foreclosure, I also do wholesaling and have rental properties. I am a mother to an 8 year old son. I love pretty much everything that has to do with outdoors such as Fishing, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, you name it-I love the water! When I was 29 years old I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I have been in remission now for over 3 years. One of the my favorite things I love about being a real estate agent is getting to know people. I have gained so many long term friendships as an agent. My clients are always my top priority when it comes to knowing their needs and goals. I really do go above and beyond to help my clients. I have paid for moving trucks, provided moving boxes, I have even helped my clients move and assisted with Estate sales when a client is wanting to do it on their own. Real Estate is my passion and I love learning about the market and new things every single day.
