With nearly two decades of experience, Dutch Rebhun has built his career on trust, integrity, and results. Originally from Cincinnati and raised in Vail, Dutch brings a deep connection to Colorado living and a passion for helping clients find the perfect home. After earning a full football scholarship to Arizona State University, where he played tight end and earned his Business degree, Dutch transitioned his competitive drive and teamwork into real estate. Since 2004, he has guided clients through buying and selling with strategic insight, expert negotiation, and a personal touch that makes the process seamless. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Dutch is known for his professionalism, local expertise, and commitment to client success. When he’s not serving clients, you’ll find him skiing, road and mountain biking, or spending time with his wife and two children—embracing the Colorado lifestyle he loves to share with others.
