ABOUT ME

Dale R. Childress II, moved to Denver Colorado in 2013 after completing a 5 year tour of duty in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. GO NAVY! While living in Denver he purchased his first residential property using the VA Home Loan. While dabbling in real estate he earned his BS in Biology at UC Denver. Continuing his education, he ultimately earned a General MBA from Regis University. In the midst of earning his education, real estate has been his passion. Dale purchased an investment property that he did rent, and has recently sold. He also owns a commercial property in Littleton, CO that is an office condo that is still occupied by a tenant. A beautiful lot of land that he owns in Costilla County, he plans to one day develop for a mountain getaway. As you can see Dale has had multiple experiences, his experiences in real estate are but not limited to the following: VA Home Loan, Investment loans, being a homeowner, a real estate investor, a landlord, refinancing, the processes of purchasing and selling property. Dale has experienced man successes in real estate as a homeowner and investor, he loves real estate and looks forward to sharing his knowledge, and passion about real estate with others.
