Billy Van Heusen Sr. came to Denver in 1968 to begin his nine-year career playing for the Denver Broncos. In 1972, Billy Sr. became a licensed Realtor® and since then he has watched Denver become one of the most desirable cities in the country to live in, according to a number of publications (and a lot of Californians). Over the past 40+ years, Billy Sr. has seen it all in the Denver Metro Real Estate market, his expertise and experience are second to none.
