ABOUT ME

Bill Wasinski has been successfully selling real estate since 1983, assisting hundreds of families in the sale and purchase of their homes. He specializes in residential marketing, resort properties and investment properties. Bill s commitment to excellence is reflected in his achievement of the highest designations in real estate; Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is also recognized as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Bill is a member of the South Metro Denver REALTOR Association(SMDRA) as well as the Summit Association of REALTORS .(SAR) A Michigan transplant, Bill and his wife Mary moved to Colorado in 1974 for Mary s schooling and never moved back. Bill taught in elementary school, worked construction and worked in hospitals before he found his passion selling real estate. He enjoys the many outdoor activities Colorado is famous for including skiing, hiking, bike riding, kayaking, snowshoeing, rugby (retired) and lacrosse (also retired). He lives in Frisco with his wife Mary.
